City’s Mobile Office heads to Fisantekraal and Eerste River

26 May 2025

This week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at the Fisantekraal Multi-Purpose Centre on Thursday, 29 May and at the Eerste River Multi-Purpose Centre on Friday, 30 May 2025. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:

  • Thursday, 29 May 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Fisantekraal Multi-Purpose Centre, Cnr of Dullah Omar and Pieter Mokaba Streets, Fisantekraal
  • Friday, 30 May 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Eerste River Multi-Purpose Centre, Cnr of Beverly Road and Bobs Way, Eerste River

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.

‘It is always great to see residents coming out in their numbers and getting their municipal matters during these mobile office visits. Not only do residents save time and money, but they also have the convenience of interacting with City staff as well as asking questions. The aim is to bring the City’s services closer to people's doorsteps. This week, we look forward to seeing Fisantekraal and Eerste River community members. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
